At PetWorld, we want your furry friend to look their best, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn pet apparel. Simply ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the pet apparel back in its original packaging, ensuring it is free of pet hair and odors to meet our hygiene standards.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our team has processed your refund.
